Question Newbie Looking For Cheap Machining (Alum/Delrin)Done (I Live in Japan)

Hi guys , I am Alex Australian living in Japan.
I am looking for the cheapest way to get a prototype and a small batch of aluminum chassis plates (about 9.5 inch length to 4 inch height and 2 to 3mm thick) cut and Delrin skid plates (about 4inch long and 3/8 wide.
Asia may be nicer on the shipping fees but the US might be OK too.

    Thanks!!!!!!!!

Have you checked out Misumi, Headquarters, Tokyo?
They offer Plate in all kinds of material, sizes in small increments, I believe they will also do custom work.
I guess you have checked out local shops?
