Boat Hull

Anyone have files to make a hull for a mold. I am looking for 55" x 14-24" hull design. I only have 3" of Z travel so maybe someone could make this for me.

Usually it's made from sectional cuts, that are then stacked together like a book etc.

You stretch your material over the skeleton and fiberglass etc....

After you have that finished/sanded/preped. You build the form for the mold. Apply the release agent and get to mold building.

Least that's how you do it on larger boats..

I guess if your equipment has enough of a work space you could make the entire hull.

If you have a smaller machine, you may want to look at making the cross cuts/stringers.

I don't have files but it shouldn't be to tough to make models if you have drawings for what you want. I might be able to help you with the mold part as well, if your willing to wait a month or so.

I am pretty good at fiberglassing and mold making. I would love to have one made for me. I have been looking at some boats on barnstormer boats dot com and am getting ideas on some of those.
