Usually it's made from sectional cuts, that are then stacked together like a book etc.
You stretch your material over the skeleton and fiberglass etc....
After you have that finished/sanded/preped. You build the form for the mold. Apply the release agent and get to mold building.
Least that's how you do it on larger boats..
I guess if your equipment has enough of a work space you could make the entire hull.
If you have a smaller machine, you may want to look at making the cross cuts/stringers.
