I went to my local RC shop, and talked to the owner. I also purchased a set of plastic wheels and made some polished aluminum wheels off the demensions of the plastic ones. By doing this, I have a pretty regular stream of RC people, needing custom parts for modifications to thier cars & trucks. Mostly drivetrain components out of steel and aluminum. They put big engines in, and shear the plastic gearing and splines.

I am yeilding about $200 - $400 a month just from word of mouth in my area.

That's a great idea, once my milling machine is done, I may give that a try.
