Knowing this is an old post, I could model any thread you desire in a .stl format. The solid model would be in ProEngineer but could .stp out for import in A-Cad if you wish. There were some strong points in this thread about manufacturing costs vs. standards, however, if you really need a unique thread, i could model it to exact dimensions for rapid prototyping... with regards
