    Cool Hi

    Are All CNC are dispatched (by the Machine Tool Builder) with the configuration of "NON SUPPORTING OF SINGLE BLOCK MODE IN MACRO PROGRAM" ?

    Any guess, why the provision of Deactivation of Single Block in Macro Program given by the MTB?

    This is because macro statements are used only for calculations, without causing any machine movement. Normally, we want single block execution only for tool movement. However, for diagnosis purpose, it may be necessary to execute even macro statements block-by-block, and check the values of variables after each block on the macro variable screen. If you are writing a macro involving a complex logic, it is unlikely that your very first attempt would be perfect.
