    Default Serious Issue :(

    So One a side note I had a problem today with my small cnc machine and I am not sure why it happened can anyone let me know as to why this happened?


    hello everyone I had something bad happen today I waited 3 days for this piece of material and look at what happened







    Can anyone tell me what happened?

    I designed in Fusion 360
    sent to Universal Gcode Sender Version 1.0.9/ Nov 11 2015

    and cut on X-carve

    any help would be appreciated thanks

    Firstly though not the issue here but you should really get into the practice of outputting all operations into a single file. If you have toolchanges use m6 macro, for manual toolchange some control software you select it to pause and wait for cycle start when m6 in called upon in code. Or you may need to modify the m6 macro to work to this effect.

    Just rename the nc file as .txt I believe.

    I'll see if I can open your code when I'm back in the office

    okay thanks

    and yeah I know I am pretty new to cnc but with my large cnc that I just bought I need to learn gcode a bit better I will be running mach3 on that machine but I need to learn alot for now it just seemed like the easy way to get around manual tool changes by breaking up the files by tool

    Apparently Universal G-Code Sender didn't like the g-code format.
