    " L Caps" programming software

Has any one heard of this one? It may be a jargon twist of a longer named - similar product. I'll be interviewing with a group that uses this software.
Thanks in advance for input on this.

Interesting, I recall it it being mentioned in "gaming" programming. What kind of position are you interviewing for?

lol, no apology required, you weren't only one doing research..... found this:

Mori Seiki Co. Ltd. also offers an Ethernet network connection for machine tool customers with its CAPS-NET software and the Mori Advanced Programming Production System (MAPPS) human-machine interface. With the CAPS-NET and CAPS-DSN (Computer-Aided Production System-Datastore on Network), Mori Seiki’s customers can get regular updates on the status of machines connected to the network, says David Austin, information and engineering manager for Mori Seiki U.S.A. Inc. (Irving, TX).

    from interesting article:

hope it helps and good luck!

Caps-m is mori-seiki conversational programming software for mills. I use it every day. Great stuff, albeit older. Caps-l would be the lathe variant.

How did that go? Did you get the job? Where was it?
