Looking for a .dxf to G-Code converter...

Ok, I'm very new to this and have been looking all over for something like VisualMill. This is the program that I have access to at the shop that has the CNC Router table I can use. My problem is I spend a lot of my time trying to get things to work in VisualMill. I'd love a program that I can run from my laptop or desktop at home or the office that will take my .igs or .dxf file and do the conversion and simulation like VisualMill so that I can tweak the settings and have the g-code ready for when I do go to the shop.

Can any one help me here?
