New xyz data point file after decentration

I am trying to locate a program or someone wanting to make such a program that will allow a .txt data point surface file rear surface to be moved from 1 to 6 mm relative to a spherical front surface. These files are 80mm x 80mm with and have 13,140 lines of x,y,z data. X and Y are in 1mm increments. The front surface is spherical and this back surface must be relative to the radius of the sphere 1 to 6mm and then the correct new x, y and z data captured or calculated. The new grid would be at least 68mm x 68mm. The size would be reduced by the amount of decentration desired.

Anyone interested in this brain teaser?

if you could post an example data file (zip it to save bandwidth) then it's probably a 2-min job to write a script that outputs the points you want

I sent you a private message. Please read and send me your e-mail contact information via my e-mail address contained in the private message.

This maybe more difficult than you first think since each new data point must be calculated due the radius of the sphere that the design is being rotated about. With that said knowing the angle change based on the calculating from the amount of decentration you maybe able to write such a script.
