NC Plot is a good one. There is a free and a paid version. I tried out the free one and was impressed. The developer is a member here.

Hi! I need simple BackPlot software (not only free) for DOS. The simpler, the better. Mostly for standart fanuc-6m ISO G-code (but for HEIDENHAIN also would be appreciated). Any ideas?
WPCView by Technisoft is 100% free. It will even backplot 5-axis aptsource files. You can insert STL models, and build solid cutters. It works great.
