| First i must say that where i live the local electronics outlets say you can have any thing you want as long as it is on the shelf, the reason for this is most of what they sell is redundant stock or where some one has gone bust. So with this limitation i have managed to build three unipolar drives that work very well using L297-74ls09n-@+5v-pnp/npn driver@14+v and IRf540n@+50v they run unipolar at 6.2v 1.5 amp. Now for the help i need. for the "X" i have had to buy a much larger bi-polar drive i can only obtain IR2101 and IR2111 drivers i have enough IRf540n for this project. but my knowledge is lacking on the subject of the circuit. there are no IRL power fet,s at all on sale. i can get some P channel IRF, can some one point me to a circuit, with the above limitations on the purchase of parts. Yours sincerely Michael an eccentric Englishman, city of Nanning China. |
