quick help needed on caps tachus42

On the ceramic type caps- is there a +/- side to them and if so how do I identify it on the cap? I know there is a +/- on the dielectric and it is clearly marked.

can I substitute the .1uf(100n) cap for a 104m ??
Im here with a hot soldering iron right now.....

ok I lied on the dielectric caps there is hollow bar marking on one side is this the positive side?
