Im looking for a good/cheap circuit board cad program. I lost my HD that had a really old cad program so though I would look for something new.

I use Diptrace and I love it The price is reasonable especially for a system that does schematics and PCB's. They have a Not For Profit and Demo version as well. You can find them at: http://www.diptrace.com/

Starting from 2.0.06 DipTrace offers free Non-Profit Lite license which has the same limitations as Lite edition (500 pins, 2 layers) and is freeware for non-profit use. You can ask diptrace support for registration key.
