Questions/Reviews About L297/L6203 Drivers...

Hi everyone,

I was considering on building a bipolar driver using L297/6203 but I dunno if they have a good performance... I've seen some people that tells that they dont like this kind of setup but i never got detailed reviews on why they dont like it or something like that... Is there any precision issue? Or sincronizing ?

I've come across so may projects with this set up that I cant choose one...

Does anyone tried more then 1 of this kind of board? Witch project you found to be the one that works better, considering torque, speed, precision and most of all headache... hehe... Thoose complicated design that you need to make like 20 mods on it to work, thats no good, Im away from thoose... Also if you used on a cnc machine or you just run one single motor without checking the performance on a machine with loads and all that...

Well looks good, I never came across this project. Too bad is just 36V, and still I didnt see any reviews about it on the website, it doesn't even say how much speed he got with it... I will wait for more posts

Yes i did, I wanted to try that one Im who ask you on the comments of the video, I sent you an e-mail a few days ago.

I want to build this one, 42V its great and looks fast, good and clean design...

Where did you find the DIY of that driver you have?
