serial port/3axis pminmo/mach3

I made 3 axis board of pminmo http://pminmo.com/3axis/3axis.htm
I Want to use it with mach3 But I have problem witch serial port configuration.
There was a schem in pdf and I search this forum found this link for similar question about 4 axis motor. http://pminmo.com/pport/pport.htm
Can someone give me a screenshot of the right configuration of mach3?

This is what I made.
There is no serial connector on the picture I have solder it later on it.
(board was not finished when the picture was taken).
