No Power to Monitor CRT

Shizuoka Mill Master Fanuc 11M, When power on is pushed on CRT, Alarm lamp ligth on (red) input PBC indicating an alarm signal is recieved from stabilizer Power supply unit. I have checked fuses in power unit and the problem still not solved.
