My Controller Not Working...help Me Pls

I have purchazed FET-3 dynamo controller card from stepperworld.com but it is not working although i checked all cabling many times. only x-axis motor jitters wheras there is no response from Y and Z axis.
I have read through the manual many times but i have not found any discrepancy in my cabling. I checked all circuit + components through voltage meter and ohmmeter but all found okay.
currently in following pictures i just connected z-axis drive with Hi-torque jumper position. please tell me what i m doing wrong.

I can’t make out all of the wiring. I looks like you are using the power resistor. If so, I think the motor power supply should be 12v (Yellow-Black). The controller board will still use 5v (Red-Black).

Okay.. please tell me if i not use power resistor then the connections shown in pictures, leaving out of power resistor, is right.

I will try 12V supply only to motor with power resistor, Is it safe for the motors/controller board. (I have only one controller board :-( )

I am using Following Motor

I have the same motor. You must use a resistor to limit the current to 3 amps, or you will burn out the motor.

I am using power resistors of 50watt. and currently supplying +5V both to controller and stepper motor as per instruction manual. Also i m using Pentium-4 power supply.
I think the stepper safe voltage limit is 2.7Volts. Guide me. and Help me.

The motors I received from Stepperworld where 6v. If the instructions he sent with your motors state the resistor needs to be used with 5v, ignore my last post. How many wires are coming out of the motor?

I think I just found the black wire in the picture. I think it is going to the power resistor. Let me make sure I can see this correctly.

Going to the power resistor:
Red-Yellow-Black-Orange

Controller (Right to Left)
Blue-Green-Brown-White-(Empty)-Wire from resistor

Yes GER u have correctly defined the wiring. The black wire is from power resistor. All other are the same as u mentioned.

I contacted stepperworld. they advised some steps that i already taken except one to check the circuit on some other PC. Today i check the circuit on the PC of my freind but with same results.
Again i checked on my computer but at this time the motor run on WAVE DRIVE MODE only.

All three axis run on WAVE DRIVE mode only. They all fail to run on HI TORQUE and Half step
