7 Amp X 5 Mosfet Array

SLA5046

Just got a small handful of these ICs for FREE
They appear to be an older IC but free parts is free parts.
(I would have gotten more if I knew what they were
at the time I just grabbed some because they looked
interesting with that BIG heat sink die on the back)

Mosfet Array, 5 Mosfets to each package
3 ICs drive 4 five wire unipolar motors,
and 3 Mosfets left over for other things

Drain Current 7 Amps constant with
about 5.5 Volts on the gate
(if I’m reading the spec sheet right)
possible 15 Amps pulsed

EDIT:
Looks Like SLA5024 might be a decent complement
if you're running bi-polars, 4 Fets per package
4 Amps constant, 8 Amps pulsed.
