what software are you people using with your open source boards? I have downloaded mach2 and am using it as trial ware but it's annoying having only 999 lines of g-code to play with. And as far as I can see mach2 seems to be the only one that runs on windows xp. Any others that run on xp? I don't feel like installing emc as I have all the necessary software for creating and manipulating models and PCBs set up on this machine. Going down the emc route would be too impractical at this stage. And I don't have a second machine which I could use for emc alone. At least not with a db25. |
