    Smile Concept Rack and pinion Design

    Dear All,
    I am studying the method of design with rack and pinion concept. Who can advise me for link on CNCZONE to study it? I am building 4'x8' ft table.

    There are some rack and pinion designs scattered about in the build logs. The most I have seen in one place is in the plasma builds. Plenty of them there.

    If you google "MechMate" they have some free plans - and some reference to other rack and pinion set ups here on CNCZone too.

    Nice to meet you - I am on my way back to Langkawai, Malaysai - then on to Phuket. Have some friends in Bangkok.j - and may do some land traveling in Thailand this season - not just on the water. I will keep in touch -- I'd like to see you rack and pinion set up if I get in the area.
