Build a CNC step by step...

This thread will be devoted to the step by step construction of a cnc. NO plans of anyything in particular will be used but rather the methods and reasons for each portion of a CNC will be looked at.

This way if you choose to build a CNC one size or another out of wood or metal it is your choice, except that the fundamental logic behind it will be the information gathered here.

I do want to put in sub threads if possible but we will see if this is even possible.

Thanks in advance for all those who lend their hard won knowledge to this thread!!!!

He has let me know we will be able to do this thread on theory and we will be able to make the sub threads he just needs a little more time to get it setup.

I want to thank him for his awesome site and all you guys/gals for participating and giving me a wealth of information also.

I am seeing that there are...

over 300 views on this thread tells me this subject is of interest to many. So I will start trying to write some info and ask those veterns who can take the time to help me edit it.

Ithink it would be a good idea, showing the do's and don'ts and making adjustments that normally are not talked about. So I will continue to watch this thread.
