Can this router be converted to a cnc machine?

This is a pin router...generally for use with templates? Does the table move at all....if not then you could add an xy table....the z-axis might be more of a challenge....not that familiar with this machine.

I am not sure if the table moves or not. I agree that I cold probably build an XY table
