| Open Source X2 CNC Conversion I am working on converting my X2 to CNC. I've seen all the commercial plans and kits available but none seemed like a good fit. Is anyone interested in working on an free set of plans? Here is my first drawing for the X-Axis. The rough plan is to use a power feed coupling to connect the lead screw to the stepper. The DWG attached is for the plate to hold the stepper (NEMA23). Any and all input is welcomed and appreciated.    |
