Joe, since these are 2 phase motors, you can use a G540 or other Gecko stepper motor driver to move them, and connect this with Mach 3. I'd highly recommend this over trying to find Vexta / Oriental Motor drivers to go with your drives, as these will cost more and offer less performance.
That being said, while I can't find a lot of information on these motors, what I did see leads me to believe these are fairly high inductance motors, as they have a low current rating and high voltage rating. Since they only run about 0.4A/phase, them may require a high voltage power supply to get much out of them. You might consider swapping the whole electronics setup at some point, but you could start with a G540 and a 7.3A 48V supply.
