Recommendations on "good" kits for a 4 x 4 table

I currently have a Pilot Pro CNC that I have been running for 2 yrs. It's a very good machine and I have been very happy with it. I now need to upgrade to a 4x4 cutting area and I need to increase my cutting speeds dramatically. I need some recommendations on good kits/plans in order to do this. I am running a business and I don't have the time to do a lot of research so I am relying on you guys for advice. I do not want some Chinese built machine! I need reliability, accuracy and easy parts access.

    Thank You in advance,

    Scott

I just built a CNC router parts 48x48 and I'm very happy with it. You didn't say but what kind of speeds are you looking for. I can traverse at 400ipm and cut up to 150ipm (with the nema 23 package they sell)

If you wanted to improve upon that I would just put Hiwin rails and nema 34's on them and you would have one darn stout machine.

The Xzero machines look nice as well. I may upgrade my K2 z axis sometime to one of their Hiwin Z axis with a ball screw.

I second the CNCRouterParts machine. I was able to get 700 rapids and 150 cut speeds with the Nema 23 setup. Could have cut faster had I built the machine more rigid.

I am now moving to the 34 setup. I am looking forward to 1,500+ rapids and cutting in the 200 range.
