Build a CNC 4 axis what eletronic choose????

Hello every one its the first time that i right in the forum.
Already read a lot and see a lot but every time that i thing on build my CNC machine stay confuse.

What choose for electronic, with witch motors were buy it, witch controllers, build or buy it??
So much diversity that i became confuse.
How i can after make that CNC make my part, need some special software?? can used draw direct from the solidworks??
Or need convert them to special format??

And for help more its need to be a european seller for not pay taxes in custom house.

Mechanical dont have problem i draw it in solidworks and its ok.
