yeah i guess the main thing is to try and start a standard that everyone uses to share digital project files weather for sale to each other or just plain free. it seems to me that putting all the stuff you need in to one zip file that can be moved around the net/world at a click is the way that would be best for digital projects.. so i wanted a name that was simple easy to remember and covered all bases and FABS is what came out soooooooo if everyone in the world agrees with me.(yeah right) i think we have a basic standard and the FABS revoltuion can begin lolyou know i feel a little stange sayin it but i really think we need it .it will just make project sharing buying and selling way easy and consise and i see Robotic tools in every home shop in a few years and when these hardware Giants wake up .i see CNC routers in every major hardware store within ten years so creating standards now for home shop Robotic tools to share files easliy just make sense to me see what happens when you ask me what a FAB is i cant shut up LOL ! time for Cuppa i think |

| Aloha guys, yes I live in Hawaii, and no I'm not rich. I have been reading around this zone for a couple of years now but I havn't said much, I'm not sure where this post should be but here goes, I have built a cnc hotwire a couple years back and it still works fine, now I have built a router table and have some questions and I will be posting some pics soon especially if I'm in the right place. On this machine I am using Mach 2 and it says for the e-stop it must stop all activity without depending on the software, OK, how do I wire this up and it says to have a reset button in addition, how is this wired? My hotwire is so slow I don't have to worry but this is a different animal so just want to be safe. I have the e-stop but no reset button yet. Please advise. Thanks in advance and Aloha for now Duane |
