Has anyone made this Instructables stepper motor driver circuit?

If you've built this circuit how well did it work? If you didn't build this circuit but are knowledgeable enough to talk about it what do you see as its limitations?

Well as soon as I posted this I saw that CNC Zone posted similar threads which had a link to a thread that answered all of my questions about this circuit.
