Reading the info on the web-site about hole recognition has sparked my interest. Is Onecnc capable of generating paths for 3+2 drilling? Thanks Dan

| Dan, Yes, 3+2 is very easy in OneCNC XP series. It is just a matter of rotating your model into position. Several way to do this. Normal rotation, move from plane to plane, move from in car position, pick a new plane. Then the "Hole Recognition Wizard" will find the holes for that position. Then rotate to next position and so on. The rotational G code for the machine is handled by inserting some "custom code". Which is also a snap to do, via a dialog box. I know there are several guys on the OneCNC forum who use this every day. Not sure if any of them post at this forum. I myself use it for 4 axis stuff quite often.
