    Default Scaling tolerances

If a item was scaled lets say 1/5th and after cnc machining it was with in .001 of being in tolerance, if cnc machined full size would the full size be 5 times that or still within .001?

    Thanks

    Hi Ken,
depends on the reason, for being out of the tolerance. If you have a difference between your real mill-diameter and your nominal mill-diameter in ONECNC, the difference should be constant with or without scaling. But if you have in inaccuracy in your solid, the difference should in/decrease with the scale you use.
