    Default at installation the dialog box is not accepting my CD Key

    We got a new computer and we're trying to load our OneCNC onto the new computer and having trouble at the installation dialog box. Where you input:

    Language

    Pick Drawing Units

    Enter CD Key

    Isn't the CD key the number on the dongle? I tried entering it but it says invalid key. What am I doing wrong? It's XR3 so no support from headquarters.

    Joe,

    "CD Key " is not your serial number or Dongle number.

    It is a a number to tell it what version to install..Express, Pro, Expert, etc.

    After install it will ask for your dongle number and serial number.
