How do you get a hold of one cnc?

I been calling there all day all i get is the hold music then cut off. Talked to some one first thing this morning she was going to have some one call me back . Never heard back from them. Is this normal trying to get a hold of some one there?

Truthfully, I don't phone in hardly ever, but if I do, I usually phone in on the US number. I do not know if the problems with the Canadian 800 number got sorted out yet or not.

I've never had any problems getting ahold of someone in the FL office.

I got a hold of some one , they said some one from tech would call me in a hour. Its been 2 hours now , i'm just waiting .

That beats the nonstop calls from BCC Sales Reps 15 times a day everyday for weeks at a time . I'm sure they will get back to you soon.

They called back and i got my transfer / recieveing files working :-)

Im off and running till the next problem lol


They said thye had new phone system installed and few problems.

No kidding, I tested that for home use and they found my work number and bugged me there for weeks... I will never make that mistake again.
