Canadian Service:p

I'm a perspective customer for OneCNC, and I spent the better part of friday trying to call their Canadian 800 number to get info. The US number is not available to me here.

It was a few days since I sent an email, and nada nichts nijet, you get the picture. So I tried to call. Pretty sad if you ask me.

I've got some info on other packages even demos on the way. I just want to check out all the options. I've used Gibbs, Mastercam and UG. I want to see if there's anything more cost effective out there. But if this is the service well looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and get something else.

Anyone else had this problem? From what I've read in here before is that the service is supposed to be good, but if I can't reach my local reseller, what good is that?

What number did you call? I've always gotten through each time I rang..

I assume it was the 800-308-8445? They are on Florida time so.. that might have something to do with it.

That's the number, and I started calling at 8am pacific time which should be around 11am eastern. I believe that is with in standard business hours.

yah think I'd call em at midnight? please too used to dealing with back east for anything. Do it all the time.

Easy.. Easy.. I wasn't questioning your intelligence.. just bringing to the table all the issue's I could think of that might effect the situation..

Is it possible they had a holiday that day or something? I don't know why you'd have issue's getting ahold of them.. like I said before... I've got ahold of them several times on that number.. its never been an issue..

Sorry I can't be more help.. I guess you could give them an email and let them contact you at a specific time. I know they are't into pressure sales so they won't call back if your not interested after the first discussion..

I believe the person I've dealt w/ was Kanasha, who was great to work w/.
Again, sorry to not be more help..

Jerry

Canada

Bernie,

Thanks for notifying us that there are issues with our Canadian 800#, we are currently investigating the issue, as it appears calls are not going through from more than one province.

We have been assured this will be resolved by afternoon.

Sorry to see you disheartened by something beyond our control, but it's your decision to do so.

Regards

OneCNC-USA
