    Live Simulation freezing

Running XR3 Expert on a dell Precision T3500, quad core Xeon, 12GB ram, Quadra 4000 video card. Windows 7 professional

I had this problem on the old computer too, but assumed it was system related. Now, not sure. The Live Simulation freezes when running on a larger complex file. Its better and will go farther if I set it for quality rather than speed. Also seems to help if I set OneCNC to run in compatibility mode for Windows Serve 2003... not sure why its better there, but it is. Any help would be appreciated.
