Default New Omni 1530 just about ready

Ordered 1530 pneumatic tool change from Jack at Omni, so far so good very good to work with and has been very helpful being I am new to routers. He sent me my Artcam Express 2015 early that was great so I can start playing with the software and was able to upgrade for free to 2015 R2 , guys on the Artcam forum are good to deal with as well. Decided to go with a The DSP control A57 that will allow you to follow the tool path on screen when cutting anyway here are a few pics

So you bought a bundle artcam and cncrouter. How much total you pay for them?

Rusty2 - what is your Z height? Looks really big. - otherwise looks nice. That DSP controller sounds a bit nicer too with the display. Maybe mine is one of the ones in the background! G

In case anyone is wondering, I'm the twin of the other gfacer on cnczone...

Went from standard 300 mm to 500mm to clear the 300mm rotary . The Z axis ballscrew are larger to confirm stability. Yes the newer DSP will show tool paths plus is has more controls for rotary

Machine came in so far looks good. I have spent the last few weeks getting it set up have everything up and running except the Vac. table Omni gave about 1 1/2 hrs on online training to sort out a few problems and I paid them $200.00 more for some detailed training on using the pneumatic tool change will see how it goes from there.
