The program is toooo big for the run buffer
break the program into smaller files, create a schedule program to load and run these smaller files in the correct order, use SP-select to load the schedule program ( these files should be in the machine's memory before it will run )

    or
run it DNC if you have that option

a little correction. For schedule program selection it's command SS.
    sample of schedule program:
    PSELECT LIA2,,,Q25
    END

it executes part program "LIA2" 25 times. Library could be included between commas there.
How long is Your part program, maybe it's enough to use ;A or ;S buffer mode?
