miyano bnc34 lathe

Any body familiar with miyano bnc34 lathe with fanuc 3t controls.
I turn the main power on,and turn on the power button on the front panel,and i got a blank screan and no hydraulics.Please help.

Probably tripped breaker or bad power supply BTW
