Most electronic suppliers should be able to oblige, DigiKey, Newark, Electrosonic etc.
It is used in this application for high voltage pulse suppression.

what is this part called and where can i find one? the yellow piece.. the number on there is F473K 630V G
it think its a varistor or a capacitor but not 100% sure. let me know
