    Angry TouchProbe (Multus)

    Hi all!
    Does anybody useing the touchprobe(Renishaw)?
    How to calibrate it?

    We have Multus B400W with all options.

    You are going to need your gauging manual. There are several routines to set Z-length, Ball dia, etc.. You should be able to find a calibration section there as well as gauging examples.

    Trying to explain it on here would take more time than I have available today - sorry.

    The easiest way to calibrate the probe is to measure the probe with a rule and add those numbers to the offset.

    Then use the probe to measure a gauge ring and adjust the offsets accordingly
