error msg!

I just moved my machine to a new place and I get this on the screen:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
923-11 ALARM P SVP SA Communication error MAaxis 2

SBP 5-A v3. 02-A (ENG)
MEMORY TEST: 0000
LOAD: SYS

EC PROCESSOR ON LOADING
SERVO PROCESSOR ON LOADING
SBP MONITOR
>
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

with this, all the lights on the buttons are on (like every single one of them)
also lights above the screen are on as well

I checked the back and on the VACIII-Drive unit, it shows Alarm #15

must be mill. check connection in control cabinet first. It could be cable to magazine axis motor encoder also.
Spindle (VAC3) is just stopped because of magazine fault.
