Okuma 4020 Alarm

I bought a used Okuma cadet mate 4020 and when I turn it on, I get alarm message 7020. how can I fix this?

What is the complete alarm message ?

the entire line is important and can narrow the search area.

Do you have the pink errror / alarms book ?
What is the full alarm title on the machine ?
What control ?

I have an Okuma MC-V4020 Vertical Mill with an OSP E100M Control and I have been through my Alarm book twice now and didn't find either alarm code you posted.

Like Superman requested we need the full message.

Write down exactly and everything it displayed on the screen or in the Alarm Message page.
