Newbie- OKUMA Lb15 SLIDE HOLD & LIMIT

Hello everyone,
I just bough a first OKUMA LB15 (90). Try to run a prog. (existing) using single block for safety. It runs a few lines then stop. I bypass the door switch, prob. is still there. The lights on NC Status come on (Slide Hold & Limit). It stops at line_ G0 X20 Z20.
Could anyone help me with this?

You probably are missing a chuck clamp signal. Also check your soft limits.

Is there anything on the diagnostics screen? (If it has it on that model that is).
If left for long enough, around 3 to 5 minutes, does any alarm come up?

What about with the feed turned down to 10. I would say the door.

Thank you for taking your time for my problem.
- Chuck clamp signal may bo ok because I see the "chuck clamp light" states "on", proximity sensors at draw tube cylinder on/off upon chk open/close when depress pedal.
- Feed rate when run test at 100%, I'm using Block del for safety.
- Door by pass key is on position, plus I ziptie the door limit switch.
- One thing left is the "Soft limit setting" (as JLMarinecpl comment) witch I don't know how to set.
I'll keep studying. In the meant time, please let me know if you have any ideas.

can you post the next lines?
when maschine stops and u press reset and you can Start again, then i dont think on the Door switch, if the control is 5020 then u can set m209 for testing. "ignore door switch", but be verry carefull.

changing softlimit switches is under parameters, user parameters.

Some models came with 2 door switches. One switch was to confirm the door closed and the other to confirm the door not open. Try to close the door and re-open it.

You don't need to cheat Okuma door swithes. You use "enable" button for spindle revolution and turret action.
Look on diagnosis screen and post the message here.
Did you set M25? <- chuck interlock
