DIFF OVER is on a distinguished road
Jaw Macro

Here is a two axis Okuma jaw boring macro with graphics.


( OKUMA 2 AXIS LATHE JAW BORING PROGRAM WITH GRAPHICS )

I don't see a taper in this program. You can't neglect deformation and declining when cutting and when jaws are closed with force. It is approx. 0,1mm in dia for 30mm lenght for Schunk chuck.

If you are getting that much deformation with your chuck jaws, I would suggest that you have lots of wear on the jaw slides!
This macro would be very easily modified to allow for said taper... just add a movement on the line that cuts to the required depth.
