Hmm, 7000 is a little tricky. I think you would have to go to OS mode and patch the servo file. (MD0A:SVLUA01-BB02-A.PBU file)
Let me do a little research for you to find the sector to patch.
Hello all Im new to these forums but I like what I see here. Im new to cnc programing but Im learning parametrics and standard tricks quickly.
The problem Im having right now is on my companies 2070 Models Im able to run many parts off one bar (larger rings and fine washers 7inches and up) with individual offsets for each. I came up with a technique where we could catch all the pieces on a nilon catch all in one run without stoping to unload and a v32 variable to disable the function and run one at a time. Beleave it or not an older machine like the 2000 series okumas are higher in productivity because they dont have to stop and unload one at a time. The 7000 series machines index too quickly and through the second to last part off so i have to right an IF statement to stop after say 11/12 parts are run and stop then hit start to run the last one.
Is there a machine paramiter to control index speed? Im shure a real programer would know these things but Im new to it (Im not the company programer, Im a tweaker increasing efficiency). These new methods increased efficiency as much as 100 percent (200% output) but 7000 series run finer parts so i really need them to do this too. Any info is greatly appreaciated!

That sounds write to me. Thanks for efforts, this is an issue we have lived with for most of the last year.
