Need Help!- OKUMA-HOWA

I have a 1984 Okuma-Howa VMC with a Fanuc M10 Control.
I have "EMG" code/prompt on the CRT indicating "Reset JOG". I guess
one of my students manually sent the machine home in "JOG"
instead of "Machine Reference". Iv'e tried resettting at the contol panel,
that didn't work. I've looked through the limited Operations/Programming/Maintenance manual to see how
or where to rest the the "JOG" control. I can't locate the alarm code
anywhere. Can I just locate and reset the relay on the "Z" axis board or is there more to it than that?

Is the machine on a limit switch? If so, you will find an O/T release switch. Hold it in, then turn the mpg to move it away from it. If no luck there, remove the cover, grab the ballscrew and manually turn it. Also, check and see if the estop is pushed in.... you never know
