For a Fanuc guy it should be easy. Pick up the manual and it will all look familiar. A few differences just to get you going are..... G54 call on Fanuc is G15 H? on Okuma. G43 Z10 H1 is G56 Z10 H1 M98 for a sub call is CALL O??? (Subs are named with an "O" then upto four letters of your choice eg OFACE, ODRIL, OSUB1, OSUB2 etc...) M99 is RTS You can't call a main program as a sub. A main prog is saved as a .MIN and a sub is saved as a .SSB where as on a Fanuc they are all saved as a .TXT file. Subs can be tagged onto bottom of the file after the M30. Then there's no messy saving/loading separate mains and subs. Using variables is different too. Common variables are named VC... eg Fanuc #100 is VC100 Local variables are different, you call them anything you like.....far to much to type with my single finger style...read the manual. Typical prog start is.... OMAIN T1M6 G0B0 G15H1 G0X0Y0S1000M3T2 G56Z10H1M8 CALL OSUB1 M30 OSUB1 .... .... .... .... RTS Hope this helps, Edit: oh yeah, post a program here.
