Restart with sub programs

Anyone know how to restart to a specific sequence number that is in a sub program that is called 4 different places?
Thanks for any help.

Phil

Easy!
If you want to restart on the third occurance of line N340 for example... press the restart key and key in N340,3
This tells the machine to search for the 3rd occurance of N340!
Hope this helps.
Cheers
Brian.

Phil,
You can also restart by sequence number, it's the number in the upper right corner of the control. The process would go: Auto, extend, restart, (process number), write. Obviously you'll want to be in single block and have the coolant off when you hit sequence restart.

Sequence number restart would only be applicable if you know "Exactly" where you want to restart from! For example, mid way through a roughing cycle or drilling cycle...
If you have finished the program, or stopped the program for some other reason, and you have gone past the point of restart in program execution, then the sequence number is useless!
If you find the line number in edit mode, you need to know how to restart on the desired line, thus the ",x" solution where x is the number of times to count the line number before Restarting!

We use labels for that reason. I think that is one of the coolest features of the OSP control, the ability to call processes, NDR1A(drill #1, first use), etc. The guys on the floor loved this idea in that they could search based on this.
