okuma LB15 spindle drive unit

need help

We have a SDU VAC type A D8 (u7950-006-008R) unit, we where told it is bad and should be replaced, when talking with another repairman, they said just to replace top board.

Note Has a 3 & 12 alarm on powerup with CNC control off.

Not sure what to order board or whole unit.
