Hello, I have a 1999 okuma crown with OSP700L. I need to run it with the door open. Anyone know where to turn the door interlock off? Safety is not an issue since it is in a cage with no operator inside. If the cage door is opened, it acts as if the E-stop was pressed. The door must be closed for the cycle to continue. I am cutting plastic to length, then sending an air operated parts catcher in and do not want to cut a hole in the door, nor do I want to fashion something to open and close the signal. I am sure I can turn it off. I simply do not know how. Please help. I sincerely do not want to cut the hole. THANKS !!! |

| Is there a tongue and slot type interlock key on the door anywhere? If so, undo the key from the door and insert into the lock and you should be right to go! You may be asked to "Open the Door" when starting the machine up as the machine needs to confirm the safety system is working when starting up. Regards Brian. |
