please, how to accelerate feed while turning ?

hello everybody

i am turning a material at 2500x0.7

inserts are failing when entering the material, so i start at a lower feed, so to reduce entrance shock :

    spindle @ 2500rpm
    rapid @ Z2.5mm
    G01 Z-5       F0.2 G95 ( entering slowly )
        Z-5-2.5*1 F0.4     ( acceleration phase 1 )
        Z-5-2.5*2 F0.6     ( acceleration phase 2 )
        Z-270     F0.7     ( full speed )

how can i improve the acceleration sequence ?
how to raise the effort progressively, without succumbing the cnc ? for example, this code, is a mess, because 0.005 is too short :

    G01 Z-5         F0.2 G95 ( entering slowly )
        Z-5-0.005*1 F0.4     ( acceleration phase 1 )
        Z-5-0.005*2 F0.6     ( acceleration phase 2 )
        Z-270       F0.7     ( full speed )

this code is better than the previous one, but the effort on the insert raises too sudenly

what is a relative ok value for delta_feed/distance ? should i consider at least 5 spindle full turns ? or what ? i really have no clue ...

ps : something like shifting gears inside a car ...
